Anal
spines: 4 5;
Anal
soft rays: 38 41;

Can be further distinguished from R. ogilviei by having more scale rows between lateral line and anal-fin origin (18-19, versus 15-16) and more scale rows around caudal peduncle (31-31, versus 27-28).
