Morphology: Dorsal spines (total): 0 - 0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 10 - 11; Anal spines: 0; Anal soft rays: 14 – 16. More or less blackish in color; operculum coppery (Ref. 3988). Dorsal adipose fin present.
